• Extra Adults: Rates quoted are for up to 2 people in the One Bedroom Apartment and for up to 3 people in the Two Bedroom Apartment. Add A$50/night for 1 extra guests in each apartment using a sofa/rollaway bed.
• Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. Cots are available at no extra cost.
• Cleaning: Daily maid service is included in the nightly rate. Weekly rates, where available include a weekly service only.
• Internet: Guests may access their own internet service through dial-up from their room.
• Meals: This property does not provide meals. Charge-back is available from the restaurant at the Breakfree Heritage Suites (500m away at 471 Little Bourke Street).
• Parking: Car parking is available at a nearby parking station.
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A taxi from the airport will take approximately 30 minutes and cost around A$45. Public shuttle buses are available from the airport as well which will take you into Southern Cross Station (formerly Spencer Street Station).
• Reception Hours: Hotel Reception is open from 7am - 7.30pm. An on-site manager is available for check-ins outside of these times.
• Check-In: Check-in is guaranteed after 2pm and check-out is required by 11am.
