The self contained Studio apartments all are equipped with a kitchenette that are within a open plan living style room. Their are five different Apartment locations that are situated across St Kilda. But check in for ALL apartments is at Main Reception 65 Acland St, St Kilda between 8 am to 11 pm.

• Rates: Rates displayed are mid week and low season. prices vary according to length of stay, season special events and availability.
• Extra Adults: additional Guests up to maximum indicated cost A$25 per person per night
• Children: 2 Children aged 12 and under stay can stay for free when using existing bedding.
• Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$10 per night.
• Internet: All rooms have dedicated desk, dataport and internet connection. Faxing & photocopying can be arranged at reception.
• Meals: There is no restaurant available onsite.
• Parking: On-site parking is available at A$8 per night/multiple entry.
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service can transport gusts to Spencer Street Station in the centre of the city for A$15 per person, then a Taxi from the city to the Hotel will cost A$15. A Taxi from the Airport to the Hotel will cost A$60.
• Location: Easystay Apartment check-in office is located at 65 Acland Street, St Kilda, Victoria 3182.
• Reception Hours :Reception is open from 8 am to 11 pm. After hours arrivals please use courtesy phone outside reception for check in.
• Cancellations: Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
