built for an English Sea Captain. Situated on the exclusive St Kilda
Hill, the property was built with outstanding views of the spectacular
Port Phillip Bay. Views of the bay can still be seen from the top
apartment today.
This Georgian style home still preserves the original design and
still holds character of a well built mansion although extensive modernisation
has been carried out internally and at the rear of the building.
Characteristics of the building such as high ceilings and marble
